Where we ship
We ship to residential and business street addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO military addresses.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders within our supported delivery area. We offer one standard shipping method.
Handling time
Order handling takes 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Our daily cutoff is 7:00 PM Central Standard Time, fixed at UTC−06:00, year-round. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the first handling business day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays begin handling on the next business day.
Transit and estimated delivery
After dispatch, standard transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days. Combined handling and transit is an estimated 4–6 business days from the applicable handling start day. These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; carrier or holiday delays may affect delivery.
