Where do you ship?
We ship to street addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. U.S. territories and military APO/FPO addresses are not supported.
How much is shipping?
All orders to supported U.S. addresses receive free standard shipping. There is no expedited shipping option.
How long does delivery take?
Handling takes 1–2 business days and transit after dispatch takes an estimated 3–4 business days. The combined estimate is 4–6 business days from the applicable handling start day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. The cutoff is 7:00 PM CST, fixed UTC−06:00; at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays, handling begins the next business day. Arrival dates are not guaranteed.
Can I return an item?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt by contacting [email protected] with your order number and reason. Change-of-mind items must be unused, in original condition, unwashed and original packaging. Get authorization before sending the item to our company address.
Who pays return shipping?
We cover return shipping for our error, damage or a defect. You pay for change-of-mind return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are reviewed separately from ordinary unused-condition requirements.
When is a refund returned?
After approval, refunds are automatically returned to the original payment account within 10 days. Your payment provider may display the credit according to its processing schedule.
What currency and tax are shown?
Prices are in USD. Checkout adds no tax and shows $0.00 for tax; this setting is not a claim that products are legally tax-exempt.

How should I care for my shawl?
Follow the care guidance on the selected product page. Cotton and cotton-viscose glass-bead designs need gentle cleaning; wood-bead designs should be spot-cleaned without soaking the embellishments.
