A clear process when something needs to come back.
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, unwashed and in its original packaging.
How to request a return
Contact [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Please obtain return authorization and confirm the return address before sending your item. Our company address is also our return address: Via Emilio Lussu 1, 09010 Giba SU, Italy.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, or we send the wrong item, contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Photos can help us review the problem. The ordinary unused-condition requirements do not prevent you from reporting these issues. We will review the case and arrange the appropriate return and refund handling.
Return shipping and fees
qwaartzlbb pays return shipping when the return results from our error, a damaged item or a product defect. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically returned to the original payment account within 10 days. Your payment provider may show the credit according to its own processing schedule. Contact us if you need assistance with an approved refund.
